On April 12, the head of the BIO-KG FOD Iskenderbek Aidaraliev, together with the communications service, met with the editorial board of the popular science magazine “Municipality” published by the Institute for Development Policy.
The meeting was held with the participation of Ainura Chandybayeva, Director of AMUC, Nadezhda Dobretsova, editor-in-chief of the Municipality magazine, and Gulayim Shamshidinova, administrator of the client base of the portal “Best Practices of local government”.
The Director of the FOD spoke in detail about the activities of the organization, which aroused the interest of representatives of the Institute of Development Policy.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation, release success stories of organic aymak farmers on the portal of “Best Practices of Local Self-Government” and on the pages of “Municipality”.
Representatives of the Institute for Development Policy, which publishes the mentioned journal and is the founder of AMUC, expressed interest in the activities of the BIO-KG FOD, they noted that the FOD conducts institutional work at all levels, which should serve as an example for many other projects and platforms.
The parties have planned a number of integration meetings and joint exercises for farmers in the near future.
