In the new season the Ferma Market store chain began to receive products of organic aymaks.
So, from the last days of June to the middle of July of this year, 223 kg of pink tomatoes and 29.5 kg of “cherry” were sold on the shelves of the grocery store.
The products come from the OA “Zhany-Zher” (Sokuluk district).
This year, according to organic farmers, turned out to be difficult: there was a drought in Kyrgyzstan and neighboring countries, on the other – hail in the Issyk-Kul region, which killed plants in May.
Farmers had to hope for a second harvest in August.
Ferma Market stores, the assortment is expected to be replenished soon, for example, Asira-ezhe from the aymak “Zhany-Zher” is preparing several varieties of bulgarian pepper for delivery.
The general readiness for larger-scale deliveries of products is planned for the period from mid-August, residents of the OA report.
